حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ عِيسَى، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي قَزَعَةَ الْبَاهِلِيِّ، عَنِ الْمُهَاجِرِ الْمَكِّيِّ، قَالَ سُئِلَ جَابِرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ

أَيَرْفَعُ الرَّجُلُ يَدَيْهِ إِذَا رَأَى الْبَيْتَ فَقَالَ حَجَجْنَا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَفَكُنَّا نَفْعَلُهُ ‏

Al-Muhajir Al-Makki said:

Jabir bin Abdulla was asked about a man raising his hands when he sees the House (Ka'bah). So he said: 'We performed Hajj with the Messenger of Allah and we did it."

قَوْلُهُ : ( عَنْ أَبِي قَزْعَةَ ) بِقَافٍ مَفْتُوحَةٍ وَسُكُونِ زَايٍ وَفَتْحِهَا وَبِعَيْنٍ مُهْمَلَةٍ كُنْيَتُهُ سُوَيْدُ بْنُ حُجَيْرٍ كَذَا فِي الْمُغْنِي ( عَنْ الْمُهَاجِرِ الْمَكِّيِّ ) هُوَ مُهَاجِرُ بْنُ عِكْرِمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْخُرَاسَانِيُّ وَثَّقَهُ اِبْنُ حِبَّانَ , وَقَالَ الْحَافِظُ فِي التَّقْرِيبِ : مَقْبُولٌ مِنْ الرَّابِعَةِ. قَوْلُهُ : ( أَفَكُنَّا نَفْعَلُهُ ) الْهَمْزَةُ لِلْإِنْكَارِ , وَفِي رِوَايَةِ أَبِي دَاوُدَ : فَلَمْ يَكُنْ يَفْعَلُهُ , وَفِي رِوَايَةِ النَّسَائِيِّ : فَلَمْ نَكُنْ نَفْعَلُهُ. قَالَ الطِّيبِيُّ : وَبِهِ قَالَ أَبُو حَنِيفَةَ وَمَالِكٌ وَالشَّافِعِيُّ خِلَافًا لِأَحْمَدَ وَسُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ وَهُوَ غَيْرُ صَحِيحٍ عَنْ أَبِي حَنِ…

Weak Sunan Abu Dawud 1870

was asked about a man who looks at the House (the Ka'bah) and raises his hands (for prayer). He replied: I did not find anyone doing this except the Jews. We performed hajj along with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), but he did not do so.

، يَرَى الْبَيْتَ يَرْفَعُ يَدَيْهِ فَقَالَ مَا كُنْتُ أَرَى أَحَدًا يَفْعَلُ هَذَا إِلاَّ الْيَهُودَ وَقَدْ حَجَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَلَمْ يَكُنْ يَفْعَلُهُ ‏.‏
