حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حَفْصٍ، عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْبَصْرِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ كُنَّا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي سَفَرٍ فَأَصَابَنَا مَطَرٌ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏

"‏ مَنْ شَاءَ فَلْيُصَلِّ فِي رَحْلِهِ ‏"

Jabir narrated:

"We were with the Prophet (S) on a journey when it started to rain on us, so the Prophet (S) said: 'Whoever wishes, let him perform Salat in his place.'"

قَوْلُهُ : ( أَخْبَرَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ ) بْنِ خُدَيْجِ بْنِ خَيْثَمَةَ الْجُعْفِيُّ الْكُوفِيُّ نَزِيلُ الْجَزِيرَةِ ثِقَةٌ ثَبْتٌ إِلَّا أَنَّ سَمَاعَهُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ بِآخِرِهِ ( مَنْ شَاءَ فَلْيُصَلِّ فِي رَحْلِهِ ) فِيهِ دَلِيلٌ عَلَى أَنَّ الصَّلَاةَ فِي الرِّحَالِ لِعُذْرِ الْمَطَرِ وَنَحْوِهِ رُخْصَةٌ وَلَيْسَتْ بِعَزِيمَةٍ. قَوْلُهُ : ( وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ اِبْنِ عُمَرَ وَسَمُرَةَ وَأَبِي الْمَلِيحِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَعَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ ) أَمَّا حَدِيثُ اِبْنِ عُمَرَ فَأَخْرَجَهُ الشَّيْخَانِ بِلَفْظِ : أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَأْمُرُ الْمُؤَذِّنَ إِذَا كَانَتْ لَيْلَةٌ ذَاتُ بَرْدٍ وَمَطَرٍ يَقُولُ : أَلَا صَلُّوا فِ…
