حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏

"‏ اسْتَعِيذُوا بِاللَّهِ مِنْ عَذَابِ جَهَنَّمَ اسْتَعِيذُوا بِاللَّهِ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ اسْتَعِيذُوا بِاللَّهِ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَسِيحِ الدَّجَّالِ وَاسْتَعِيذُوا بِاللَّهِ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ ‏"

Abu Hurairah narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:

“Seek refuge with Allah from the punishment of Hell, and seek refuge in Allah from the punishment of the grave. Seek refuge in Allah from the trial of Al-Masihid-Dajjal, and seek refuge in Allah from the trials of life and death.”

Explanation in Arabic

أمرنا النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أن نسأل الله أن يعيذنا وينجينا من أربعة أشياء: من عذاب جهنم، ومن عذاب القبر، ومن فتنة المسيح الدجال التي ستكون في آخر الزمان، ومن فتنة المحيا والممات، وهذا الدعاء يستحب أن يقال قبل التسليم من الصلاة وبعد التشهد كما في الصحيح.

  • استحباب الاستعاذة من الأشياء المذكورة في الحديث.
