حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَمَّارٍ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ حُرَيْثٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ وَاقِدٍ، عَنْ عِلْبَاءَ بْنِ أَحْمَرَ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي سَفَرٍ

فَحَضَرَ الأَضْحَى فَاشْتَرَكْنَا فِي الْبَقَرَةِ سَبْعَةً وَفِي الْبَعِيرِ عَشَرَةً ‏.‏

Narrated Ibn 'Abbas:

"We were with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) on a journey when the (Day of) Adha came, so we shared seven for a cow and ten for a camel."

Al-Mubarakfuri — Tuhfat al-Ahwadhi

قَوْلُهُ : ( فَحَضَرَ الْأَضْحَى ) أَيْ يَوْمُ عِيدِهِ ( فَاشْتَرَكْنَا فِي الْبَقَرَةِ سَبْعَةً ) أَيْ سَبْعَةَ أَشْخَاصِ بِالنَّصْبِ عَلَى تَقْدِيرِ أَعْنِي بَيَانًا لِضَمِيرِ الْجَمْعِ قَالَهُ الطِّيبِيُّ , وَقِيلَ نُصِبَ عَلَى الْحَالِ , وَقِيلَ مَرْفُوعٌ بَدَلًا مِنْ ضَمِيرِ اِشْتَرَكْنَا , وَالظَّاهِرُ عِنْدِي أَنَّهُ مَنْصُوبٌ عَلَى الْحَالِ ( وَفِي الْبَعِيرِ عَشْرَةً ) فِيهِ دَلِيلٌ عَلَى أَنَّهُ يَجُوزُ اِشْتِرَاكُ عَشْرَةِ أَشْخَاصٍ فِي الْبَعِيرِ , وَبِهِ قَالَ إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ رَاهْوَيْهِ وَسَيَأْتِي الْكَلَامُ فِي هَذِهِ الْمَسْأَلَةِ. قَوْلُهُ : ( وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ أَبِي الْأَشَدِّ الْأَسْلَمِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ وَأَبِي أَيُّوبَ ) لِيُنْظَرَ مَنْ أَخْرَجَ حَدِيثَهُمَ…

Authentic Mishkat al-Masabih 1469

Ibn ‘Abbas said, "We were with God’s Messenger on a journey when the day of sacrifice came, and we shared with one another, seven for a cow and ten for a camel.” Tirmidhi, Nasa’i and Ibn Majah transmitted it, and Tirmidhi said this is a hasan gharib tradition.

We performed tamattu' during the lifetime of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), sacrificed a cow for seven and a camel for seven people. We shared them.
