حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ شُرَيْحٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ مَنْ حَدَّثَكُمْ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يَبُولُ قَائِمًا فَلاَ تُصَدِّقُوهُ

مَا كَانَ يَبُولُ إِلاَّ قَاعِدًا ‏

Aishah said:

"Whoever narrated to you that the Prophet would urinate while standing; then do not believe him. He would not urinate except while squatting." [He said:] There are narrations on this topic from Umar, Buraidah, [and Abdur-Rahman bin Hasanah].

Al-Mubarakfuri — Tuhfat al-Ahwadhi

قَوْلُهُ : ( حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ ) بِضَمِّ الْحَاءِ وَسُكُونِ الْجِيمِ اِبْنُ إِيَاسٍ السَّعْدِيُّ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ نَزِيلُ بَغْدَادَ ثُمَّ مَرْوٍ. ثِقَةٌ حَافِظٌ رَوَى عَنْ شَرِيكٍ وَإِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ وَهِقْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ وَهُشَيْمٍ وَخَلَائِقَ ; وَعَنْهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ وَمُسْلِمٌ وَالتِّرْمِذِيُّ وَالنَّسَائِيُّ وَوَثَّقَهُ , مَاتَ سَنَةَ 244 أَرْبَعٍ وَأَرْبَعِينَ وَمِائَتَيْنِ ( أنا شَرِيكُ ) بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ النَّخَعِيُّ الْكُوفِيُّ الْقَاضِي , صَدُوقٌ يُخْطِئُ كَثِيرًا , تَغَيَّرَ حِفْظُهُ مُنْذُ وَلِيَ قَضَاءَ الْكُوفَةِ. كَذَا فِي التَّقْرِيبِ , وَقَالَ فِي الْخُلَاصَةِ : رَوَى عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ عَلَاقَةَ وَزُبَيْدٍ وَسَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ وَسِمَاكِ وَخَلْقٍ , و…
