Who has done this? May Allah curse whoever has done this. Verily, the Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) invoked curse upon whoever makes any living creature a target of shooting

لَعَنَ مَنِ اتَّخَذَ شَيْئًا فِيهِ الرُّوحُ غَرَضًا ‏.‏

Narrated by Abdullāh ibn ‘Umar Explained

"The Messenger of Allah cursed those who take anything that has a soul as a target." (Sahih )

لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مَنِ اتَّخَذَ شَيْئًا فِيهِ الرُّوحُ غَرَضًا ‏.‏

Narrated by Abdullāh ibn ‘Umar

He told that the Prophet cursed those who used a living creature as a target. (Bukhari and Muslim.)

وَعَنْهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَعَنَ مَنِ اتَّخَذَ شَيْئًا فِيهِ الرُّوحُ غَرَضًا

"Do not take any living creature as a target."Related by Muslim.

"لَا تَتَّخِذُوا شَيْئاً فِيهِ اَلرُّوحُ غَرَضًا"
