A woman should not set out on three (days' journey) except when she has a Mahram with her.

لاَ تُسَافِرِ الْمَرْأَةُ ثَلاَثًا إِلاَّ وَمَعَهَا ذُو مَحْرَمٍ ‏"

Narrated by Abdullāh ibn ‘Umar
