حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ أَبُو دَاوُدَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ مَعْنٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ قَالَ اخْتَلَفَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ وَالْأَشْعَثُ فَقَالَ ذَا بِعَشَرَةٍ وَقَالَ ذَا بِعِشْرِينَ قَالَ اجْعَلْ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَكَ رَجُلًا قَالَ أَنْتَ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَ نَفْسِكَ قَالَ أَقْضِي بِمَا قَضَى بِهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا اخْتَلَفَ الْبَيِّعَانِ وَلَمْ تَكُنْ بَيِّنَةٌ فَالْقَوْلُ قَوْلُ الْبَائِعِ أَوْ يَتَرَادَّانِ الْبَيْعَ
