قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رِجَالًا يَتَحَدَّثُونَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ إِذَا أُعْتِقَتْ الْأَمَةُ فَهِيَ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَطَأْهَا إِنْ شَاءَتْ فَارَقَتْهُ وَإِنْ وَطِئَهَا فَلَا خِيَارَ لَهَا وَلَا تَسْتَطِيعُ فِرَاقَهُ
