حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ وَحَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ قَالَ عَفَّانُ فِي حَدِيثِهِ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ أَنَّ أَنَسًا أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ الزُّبَيْرَ وَعَبْدَ الَّرحْمَنِ بْنَ عَوْفٍ شَكَوَا إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْقَمْلَ فَاسْتَأْذَنَا فِي غَزَاةٍ لَهُمَا فَرَخَّصَ لَهُمَا فِي قَمِيصِ الْحَرِيرِ قَالَ بَهْزٌ قَالَ أَنَسٌ فَرَأَيْتُ عَلَى كُلِّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا قَمِيصًا مِنْ حَرِيرٍ

As above. Narrated Anas: `Abdur Rahman bin `Auf and Az-Zubair complained to the Prophet, i.e. about the lice (that caused itching) so he allowed them to wear silken clothes. I saw them wearing such clothes in a holy battle.

فَأَرْخَصَ لَهُمَا فِي الْحَرِيرِ، فَرَأَيْتُهُ عَلَيْهِمَا فِي غَزَاةٍ

Anas b. Malik reported that 'Abd al-Rahman b. Auf and Zu'bair. b. 'Awwam complained to Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) about lice; he granted them concession to wear shirts of silk.

فَرَخَّصَ لَهُمَا فِي قُمُصِ الْحَرِيرِ فِي غَزَاةٍ لَهُمَا ‏.‏

That 'Abdur Rahman bin 'Awf and Az-Zubair bin Al-'Awwam complained of lice to the Prophet (ﷺ) during a battle that they participated in. So he permitted them to wear silk shirts. He (Anas) said: "I saw them wearing them." [Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih
