حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ شُمَيْطٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ الْحَنَفِيَّ يُحَدِّثُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ إِنَّ الْمَسْأَلَةَ لَا تَحِلُّ إِلَّا لِثَلَاثَةٍ لِذِي فَقْرٍ مُدْقِعٍ أَوْ لِذِي غُرْمٍ مُفْظِعٍ أَوْ لِذِي دَمٍ مُوجِعٍ
