Narrator:Jābir ibn ‘Abdullāh

وَحَدَّثَنِي أُمَيَّةُ بْنُ بِسْطَامَ الْعَيْشِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ زُرَيْعٍ - حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْقَاسِمِ - عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الأَكْوَعِ، وَجَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم

أَتَانَا فَأَذِنَ لَنَا فِي الْمُتْعَةِ ‏.‏

Salama b. al. Akwa' and Jabir b. Abdullah reported:

Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) came to us and permitted us to contract temporary marriage.

قَوْله : ( وَحَدَّثَنِي أُمَيَّة بْن بَسْطَام الْعَيْشِيّ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيد بْن زُرَيْع حَدَّثَنَا رَوْح وَهُوَ اِبْن الْقَاسِم عَنْ عَمْرو بْن دِينَار عَنْ الْحَسَن بْن مُحَمَّد عَنْ سَلَمَة بْن الْأَكْوَع وَجَابِر ) هَكَذَا هُوَ فِي بَعْض النُّسَخ وَسَقَطَ فِي بَعْضهَا ذِكْر ( الْحَسَن بْن مُحَمَّد ) بَلْ قَالَ عَنْ عَمْرو بْن دِينَار عَنْ سَلَمَة وَجَابِر , وَذَكَرَ الْمَازِرِيّ أَيْضًا أَنَّ النَّسْخ اُخْتُلِفَ فِيهِ , وَأَنَّهُ ثَبَتَ ذِكْر الْحَسَن فِي رِوَايَة اِبْن مَاهَانِ , وَسَقَطَ فِي رِوَايَة الْجُلُودِيّ , وَسَبَقَ بَيَان أُمَيَّة بْن بَسْطَام , وَأَنَّهُ يَجُوز صَرْف ( بَسْطَام ) وَتَرْك صَرْفه , وَأَنَّ الْبَاء تُكْسَر , وَقَدْ تُفْتَح , وَ ( الْعَيْشِيّ ) بِالشِّينِ الْمُعْج…
