Chapter: One who seeks Ruqyah to treat the evil eye
Narrator:Ā’ishah
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي الْخَصِيبِ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، وَمِسْعَرٍ، عَنْ مَعْبَدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ شَدَّادٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم
ـ أَمَرَهَا أَنْ تَسْتَرْقِيَ مِنَ الْعَيْنِ .
It was narrated from ‘Aishah that the Prophet (ﷺ) commanded her to recite Ruqyah to treat the evil eye.
Reported by Ibn Majah (No. 3512), Muslim (No. 2195a, 2195b) and Ahmad (No. 23209, 23917).

تَسْتَرْقِيَ مِنَ الْعَيْنِ
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا مِسْعَرٌ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ مِثْلَهُ .
أَمَرَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَوْ أَمَرَ أَنْ يُسْتَرْقَى مِنَ الْعَيْنِ.
أَسْتَرْقِيَ مِنَ الْعَيْنِ .
