أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَزَيْدٍ أَنَّهُمَا كَانَا لَا يُوَرِّثَانِ الْجَدَّةَ أُمَّ الْأَبِ مَعَ الْأَبِ
