أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَشْعَثُ عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَزَيْدٍ قَالَا إِذَا كَانَتْ الْجَدَّاتُ سَوَاءً وَرِثَ ثَلَاثُ جَدَّاتٍ جَدَّتَا أَبِيهِ أُمُّ أُمِّهِ وَأُمُّ أَبِيهِ وَجَدَّةُ أُمِّهِ فَإِنْ كَانَتْ إِحَدَاهُنَّ أَقْرَبَ فَالسَّهْمُ لِذَوِي الْقُرْبَى
