Bulugh al-Maram 280d
وَفِي أُخْرَى لِابْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ : { كَانُوا يُسِرُّونَ } . 1
1 - ابن خزيمة (498) ، بسند ضعيف ؛ أن رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم- كان يسر ببسم الله الرحمن الرحيم في الصلاة ، وأبو بكر ، وعمر .
And in another report from Ibn Khuzaimah:
"They used to recite Bismillahir-Rahmanir-Rahim silently."
