حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم سُئِلَ فِي حَجَّتِهِ فَقَالَ

ذَبَحْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَرْمِيَ، فَأَوْمَأَ بِيَدِهِ قَالَ وَلاَ حَرَجَ‏.‏ قَالَ حَلَقْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَذْبَحَ‏.‏ فَأَوْمَأَ بِيَدِهِ وَلاَ حَرَجَ‏.‏

Narrated Ibn `Abbas:

Somebody said to the Prophet (during his last Hajj), "I did the slaughtering before doing the Rami.' The Prophet (ﷺ) beckoned with his hand and said, "There is no harm in that." Then another person said. "I got my head shaved before offering the sacrifice." The Prophet (ﷺ) beckoned with his hand saying, "There is no harm in that."

قَوْله : ( وُهَيْب ) بِالتَّصْغِيرِ وَهُوَ اِبْن خَالِد , مِنْ حُفَّاظ الْبَصْرَة , مَاتَ سَنَة خَمْس وَسِتِّينَ وَقِيلَ تِسْع وَسِتِّينَ , وَأَرَّخَهُ الدِّمْيَاطِيّ فِي حَوَاشِي نُسْخَته سَنَة سِتّ وَخَمْسِينَ وَهُوَ وَهْم. وَأَيُّوب هُوَ السَّخْتِيَانِيّ , وَعِكْرِمَة هُوَ مَوْلَى اِبْن عَبَّاس , وَالْإِسْنَاد كُلّه بَصْرِيُّونَ. قَوْله : ( سُئِلَ ) هُوَ بِضَمِّ أَوَّله ( فَقَالَ ) أَيْ : السَّائِل : ( ذَبَحْت قَبْل أَنْ أَرْمِي ) أَيْ فَهَلْ عَلَيَّ شَيْء ؟ قَوْله : ( فَأَوْمَأَ بِيَدِهِ فَقَالَ : لَا حَرَج ) أَيْ : عَلَيْك. وَقَوْله : " فَقَالَ " يَحْتَمِل أَنْ يَكُون بَيَانًا لِقَوْلِهِ أَوْمَأَ وَيَكُون مِنْ إِطْلَاق الْقَوْل عَلَى الْفِعْل كَمَا فِي الْحَدِيث الَّذِي بَعْده : " فَقَا…

The Prophet (ﷺ) was asked about a person who had his head shaved before slaughtering (his Hadi) (or other similar ceremonies of Hajj). He replied, "There is no harm, there is no harm."
