حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏

ثَلاَثَةٌ لاَ يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، وَلاَ يُزَكِّيهِمْ، وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ رَجُلٌ عَلَى فَضْلِ مَاءٍ بِالطَّرِيقِ يَمْنَعُ مِنْهُ ابْنَ السَّبِيلِ، وَرَجُلٌ بَايَعَ إِمَامًا لاَ يُبَايِعُهُ إِلاَّ لِدُنْيَاهُ، إِنْ أَعْطَاهُ مَا يُرِيدُ وَفَى لَهُ، وَإِلاَّ لَمْ يَفِ لَهُ، وَرَجُلٌ يُبَايِعُ رَجُلاً بِسِلْعَةٍ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ فَحَلَفَ بِاللَّهِ لَقَدْ أُعْطِيَ بِهَا كَذَا وَكَذَا فَصَدَّقَهُ، فَأَخَذَهَا، وَلَمْ يُعْطَ بِهَا ‏"

Narrated Abu Huraira:

Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "There will be three types of people whom Allah will neither speak to them on the Day of Resurrection nor will purify them from sins, and they will have a painful punishment: They are, (1) a man possessed superfluous water (more than he needs) on a way and he withholds it from the travelers. (2) a man who gives a pledge of allegiance to an Imam (ruler) and gives it only for worldly benefits, if the Imam gives him what he wants, he abides by his pledge, otherwise he does not fulfill his pledge; (3) and a man who sells something to another man after the `Asr prayer and swears by Allah (a false oath) that he has been offered so much for it whereupon the buyer believes him and buys it although in fact, the seller has not been offered such a price." قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: ثلاثة من الناس لا يكلمهم الله يوم القيامة، ولا يثني عليهم ولهم عذاب أليم على ما فعلوه: أحدهم عنده ماء زائد عن حاجته بطريق السفر يمنع منه المسافر المحتاج، والثاني رجل عاقد إمامًا لا يعاقده إلا من أجل مكاسبه الدنيوية، إن أعطاه ما يريد منها أتم ما عاقده عليه، وإذا لم يعطه ما يريد لم يتم ما عاقده عليه، فوفاؤه بالبيعة لنفسه لا لله، والثالث رجل بايع رجلًا بسلعة ‌بعد العصر، فحلف بالله أنه أعطي بسبب السلعة أو في مقابلتها كذا وكذا ثمنًا عنها، فصدقه المشتري فأخدها منه بما حلف عليه كاذبًا اعتمادًا على قوله، والحال أن الحالف لم يُعْطَ بها ذلك القدر المحلوف عليه.

  • إنما استحق من لم يبايع إلا لدنياه هذا الوعيد الشديد لكونه غش إمام المسلمين، ومن لازم غش الإمام غش الرعية، لما فيه من التسبب إلى إثارة الفتنة.
  • خص بعد العصر بالذكر لشرفه بسبب اجتماع ملائكة الليل والنهار فيه، وهو وقت ختام الأعمال والأمور بخواتيمها.
  • أن صاحب البئر أولى من ابن السبيل عند الحاجة، فإذا أخذ حاجته لم يجز له منع ابن السبيل.
