حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي الْجُوَيْرِيَةِ، قَالَ سَأَلْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ عَنِ الْبَاذَقِ،‏.‏ فَقَالَ سَبَقَ مُحَمَّدٌ صلى الله عليه وسلم الْبَاذَقَ، فَمَا أَسْكَرَ فَهْوَ حَرَامٌ‏.‏ قَالَ

الشَّرَابُ الْحَلاَلُ الطَّيِّبُ‏.‏ قَالَ لَيْسَ بَعْدَ الْحَلاَلِ الطَّيِّبِ إِلاَّ الْحَرَامُ الْخَبِيثُ

Narrated Abu Al-Juwairiyya:

I asked Ibn `Abbas about Al-Badhaq. He said, "Muhammad prohibited alcoholic drinks before It was called Al-Badhaq (by saying), 'Any drink that intoxicates is unlawful.' I said, 'What about good lawful drinks?' He said,'Apart from what is lawful and good, all other things are unlawful and not good (unclean Al-Khabith).

Ibn Hajar al-Asqalani — Fath al-Bari

قَوْله : ( سُفْيَان ) هُوَ الثَّوْرِيُّ. قَوْله : ( عَنْ أَبِي الْجُوَيْرِيَة ) بِالْجِيمِ مُصَغَّرًا اِسْمه حِطَّان , وَقَدْ تَقَدَّمَ شَرْح حَاله فِي سُورَة الْمَائِدَة , وَوَقَعَ فِي رِوَايَة عَبْد الرَّزَّاق عَنْ الثَّوْرِيّ " حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الْجَوْرِيَة ". قَوْله : ( سَبَقَ مُحَمَّد صَلَّى اللَّه عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْبَاذَق , مَا أَسْكَرَ فَهُوَ حَرَام ) قَالَ الْمُهَلَّب : أَيْ سَبَقَ مُحَمَّد بِتَحْرِيمِ الْخَمْر تَسْمِيَتهمْ لَهَا الْبَاذَق , قَالَ اِبْن بَطَّال يَعْنِي بِقَوْلِهِ " كُلّ مُسْكِر حَرَام " وَالْبَاذَق شَرَاب الْعَسَل , وَيَحْتَمِل أَنْ يَكُون الْمَعْنَى سَبَقَ حُكْم مُحَمَّد بِتَحْرِيمِ الْخَمْر تَسْمِيَتهمْ لَهَا بِغَيْرِ اِسْمهَا , وَلَيْسَ تَغْيِيرهمْ لِلِاسْمِ ب…
