Narrator:Ā’ishah

حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ عِيَاضٍ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم

يُصَلِّي الْعَصْرَ وَالشَّمْسُ لَمْ تَخْرُجْ مِنْ حُجْرَتِهَا‏.‏

Narrated Aisha:

That Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) used to offer the `Asr prayer while the sun was still shining in her Hujra (i.e. her dwelling place).

Explanation in Arabic

الصَّلاةُ في أوَّلِ وَقتِها والمُبادَرةُ بها؛ مِن أفضَلِ الأعمالِ التي يُتَقرَّبُ بها إلى اللهِ تَعالى، وقدْ بيَّن النبيُّ صلَّى اللهُ عليه وسلَّمَ أوقاتَها بقولِه وفِعلِه، وقدْ حرَص الصحابةُ مِن بَعدِه على تأديتِها في أوقاتِها وتَواصَوْا بذلِك.وفي هذا الحَديثِ أنَّ عُروةَ بنَ الزُّبَيرِ لَمَّا رأَى عُمَرَ بنَ عَبدِ العَزيزِ -وكان وَقْتَها أميرَ المَدينةِ، في خِلافةِ عَبدِ المَلِكِ بنِ مَروانَ- أخَّرَ الصَّلاةَ يَومًا، وكانتْ صَلاةَ العَصرِ؛ دَخَلَ عليه وأخبَرَه أنَّ المُغيرةَ بنَ شُعبةَ رَضيَ اللهُ عنه أخَّرَ الصَّلاةَ مَرَّةً وهو في العِراقِ، فدَخَلَ عليه أبو مَسعودٍ الأنصاريُّ رَضيَ اللهُ عنه وأنكَرَ عليه ذلك، وقال له: أليسَ قد عَلِمتَ أنَّ جِبريلَ نَزَلَ فصَلَّى، فصَلَّى رَسولُ اللهِ صلَّى اللهُ عليه وسلَّمَ؟ يُشيرُ بذلك إلى نُزولِ جِبريلَ لِلنبيِّ صلَّى اللهُ عليه وسلَّمَ وإمامَتِه له صلَّى اللهُ عليه وسلَّمَ في أوقاتِ الصَّلواتِ الخَمسِ، فعَلَّمَ النبيَّ صلَّى اللهُ عليه وسلَّمَ أوقاتَ الصَّلاةِ، وأوقاتَ إقامَتِها، يُريدُ أنَّه قد بَيَّنَ له أوقاتَها، وأنَّ تَأخيرَها عن هذا الوَقتِ الذي صَلَّى فيه عُمَرُ بنُ عَبدِ العَزيزِ لم يَرِدْ عنِ النبيِّ صلَّى اللهُ عليه وسلَّمَ، وهو قَولُه صلَّى اللهُ عليه وسلَّمَ: «بهذا أُمِرتُ»، فقالَ عُمَرُ بنُ عَبدِ العَزيزِ لِعُروةَ: «اعلَمْ ما تُحَدِّثُ»، أي: تَثَبَّتْ مِمَّا تُحَدِّثُ به، أوَإنَّ جِبريلَ هو أقامَ لِرسولِ اللهِ صلَّى اللهُ عليه وسلَّمَ وَقتَ الصَّلاةِ؟ وهذا استِفهامٌ مِن عُمَرَ بنِ عَبدِ العَزيزِ هلْ جِبريلُ هو مَن بَيَّنَ لِلنبيِّ صلَّى اللهُ عليه وسلَّمَ وَقتَ الصَّلاةِ؟ فكأنَّه لم يَكُنْ يَعلَمُ هذا الحَديثَ، فقال له عُروةُ: كذلك كانَ بَشيرُ بنُ أبي مَسعودٍ يُحدِّثُ عن أبيه، يَعني أنَّ ذلك إسنادُ الخَبرِ؛ لِيَعلَمَ أنَّه صَحيحٌ مُتَّصِلٌ.ثم قال عُروةُ زِيادةً في التأكيدِ: ولقدْ حَدَّثَتْني عائِشةُ أُمُّ المُؤمِنينَ رَضيَ اللهُ عنها أنَّ رَسولَ اللهِ صلَّى اللهُ عليه وسلَّمَ كان يُصَلِّي العَصرَ والشَّمسُ في حُجرَتِها قَبلَ أنْ تَظهَرَ، أي: تَعلُوَ، والمُرادُ: أنَّه كان يُصلِّيها في أوَّلِ وَقتِها.وفي الحَديثِ: الحَثُّ على الصَّلاةِ في أوَّلِ وَقتِها، وخُصوصًا صَلاةَ العَصرِ، وأنَّ تأخيرَها يَذهَبُ بها إلى أوقاتِ النَّهيِ التي تُكرَهُ فيها الصَّلاةُ.وفيه: مَشروعيَّةُ نُصْحِ العالِمِ لِوَليِّ الأمْرِ.وفيه: طَلَبُ التَّثَبُّثِ مِنَ الحَديثِ مِمَّن يُحدِّثُ به.
