حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ قَالَ وَقَصَتْ بِرَجُلٍ مُحْرِمٍ نَاقَتُهُ، فَقَتَلَتْهُ، فَأُتِيَ بِهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ ‏"‏

اغْسِلُوهُ، وَكَفِّنُوهُ، وَلاَ تُغَطُّوا رَأْسَهُ، وَلاَ تُقَرِّبُوهُ طِيبًا، فَإِنَّهُ يُبْعَثُ يُهِلُّ ‏"

Narrated Ibn `Abbas:

A man was crushed to death by his she-camel and was brought to Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) who said, "Give him a bath and shroud him, but do not cover his head, and do not bring any perfume near to him, as he will be resurrected reciting Talbiya."

Ibn Hajar al-Asqalani — Fath al-Bari

قَوْله : ( عَنْ مَنْصُور ) هُوَ اِبْن الْمُعْتَمِر , وَالْحَكَم هُوَ اِبْن عُتَيْبَة. قَوْله ( وَقَصَتْ ) بِفَتْحِ الْقَاف وَالصَّاد الْمُهْمَلَة تَقَدَّمَ تَفْسِيره فِي " بَاب كَفَن الْمُحْرِم " وَيَأْتِي فِي " بَاب الْمُحْرِم يَمُوت بِعَرَفَة " بَيَان اِخْتِلَاف فِي هَذِهِ اللَّفْظَة , وَالْمُرَاد هُنَا قَوْله " وَلَا تُقَرِّبُوهُ طِيبًا " وَهِيَ بِتَشْدِيدِ الرَّاء , وَسَيَأْتِي قَرِيبًا بِلَفْظِ " وَلَا تُحَنِّطُوهُ " وَهُوَ مِنْ الْحَنُوط بِالْمُهْمَلَةِ وَالنُّون وَهُوَ الطِّيب الَّذِي يُصْنَع لِلْمَيِّتِ. وَقَوْله ( يُبْعَث مُلَبِّيًا ) أَيْ عَلَى هَيْئَته الَّتِي مَاتَ عَلَيْهَا. وَاسْتُدِلَّ بِذَلِكَ عَلَى بَقَاء إِحْرَامه خِلَافًا لِلْمَالِكِيَّةِ وَالْحَنَفِيَّة , وَقَدْ تَمَسَّكُ…

Authentic Sunan Abu Dawud 3241

A man wearing ihram was thrown by his she-camel and had his neck broken and he died. He was brought to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), and he said: Wash and shroud him, but do not cover his head and do not put any perfume on him, for he will be raised on the Day of Resurrection saying the talbiyah.

اغْسِلُوهُ وَكَفِّنُوهُ وَلاَ تُغَطُّوا رَأْسَهُ وَلاَ تُقَرِّبُوهُ طِيبًا فَإِنَّهُ يُبْعَثُ يُهِلُّ ‏"

Authentic Sunan an-Nasa'i 2856

"The she-Camel of a ma in Ihram broke his neck and killed him. He was brought to the Messenger of Allah and he said 'Wash him and shroud him, and do not cover his head, or bring any perfume near him, for he will be raisd reciting Talbiyah.'" (Sahih) Dies

Sa'id b. Jubair reported on the authority of Ibn 'Abbas (Allah be pleased with them) that a camel broke the neck of its owner while he was in the state of lhram and he was at that time in the company of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) commanded that he should be bathed with water…

فَأَمَرَ بِهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ يُغْسَلَ بِمَاءٍ وَسِدْرٍ وَلاَ يُمَسَّ طِيبًا وَلاَ يُخَمَّرَ رَأْسُهُ فَإِنَّهُ يُبْعَثُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مُلَبِّدًا ‏.‏

a man was performing Hajj with the Messenger of Allah and his she-camel threw him and he died. The Messenger of Allah said: "Wash him and shroud him in two garments, and do not cover his head of his face, for he will be raised on the Day of Resurrection reciting Talbiyah.".

"‏ يُغَسَّلُ وَيُكَفَّنُ فِي ثَوْبَيْنِ وَلاَ يُغَطَّى رَأْسُهُ وَوَجْهُهُ فَإِنَّهُ يَقُومُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مُلَبِّيًا ‏"
