حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ فَارِسٍ، أَنَّ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْحَكَمِ، حَدَّثَهُمْ أَخْبَرَنَا نَافِعُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَبِي الْعَتَّابِ، وَابْنِ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏

إِذَا جِئْتُمْ إِلَى الصَّلاَةِ وَنَحْنُ سُجُودٌ فَاسْجُدُوا وَلاَ تَعُدُّوهَا شَيْئًا وَمَنْ أَدْرَكَ الرَّكْعَةَ فَقَدْ أَدْرَكَ الصَّلاَةَ ‏"

Abu Hurairah reported the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) as saying; when you come to pray while we are prostrating ourselves, you must prostrate yourselves, and do not reckon it anything (rak’ah) he has been present at the prayer.

Al-Azimabadi — Awn al-Ma'bud

( وَنَحْنُ سُجُود ) : مَعَ سَاجِد وَالْجُمْلَة حَالِيَّة ( فَاسْجُدُوا ) : فِيهِ مَشْرُوعِيَّة السُّجُود مَعَ الْإِمَام لِمَنْ أَدْرَكَهُ سَاجِدًا ( وَلَا تَعُدُّوهَا شَيْئًا ) : بِضَمِّ الْعَيْن وَتَشْدِيد الدَّال , أَيْ لَا تَحْسِبُوهُ شَيْئًا , وَالْمَعْنَى وَافِقُوهُ فِي السُّجُود وَلَا تَجْعَلُوا ذَلِكَ رَكْعَة ( وَمَنْ أَدْرَكَ الرَّكْعَة ) : قِيلَ الْمُرَاد بِهِ هَاهُنَا الرُّكُوع فَيَكُون مُدْرِك الْإِمَام رَاكِعًا مُدْرِكًا لِتِلْكَ الرَّكْعَة , وَفِيهِ نَظَر لِأَنَّ الرَّكْعَة حَقِيقَة لِجَمِيعِهَا , وَإِطْلَاقهَا عَلَى الرُّكُوع وَمَا بَعْده مَجَاز لَا يُصَار إِلَيْهِ إِلَّا لِقَرِينَةٍ كَمَا وَقَعَ عِنْد مُسْلِم مِنْ حَدِيث الْبَرَاء بِلَفْظِ : فَوَجَدْت قِيَامه فَرَكْعَته فَاعْت…

Abu Huraira reported God’s Messenger as saying, “When you come to the prayer and we are prostrating ourselves you must prostrate yourselves without reckoning it as part of your prayer; and if anyone is present at a rak'a he has been present at the prayer.” Abu Dawud transmitted it.

Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "If anyone of you can get one rak`a of the `Asr prayer before sunset, he should complete his prayer. If any of you can get one rak`a of the Fajr prayer before sunrise, he should complete his prayer."

إِذَا أَدْرَكَ أَحَدُكُمْ سَجْدَةً مِنْ صَلاَةِ الْعَصْرِ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَغْرُبَ الشَّمْسُ فَلْيُتِمَّ صَلاَتَهُ، وَإِذَا أَدْرَكَ سَجْدَةً مِنْ صَلاَةِ الصُّبْحِ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ فَلْيُتِمَّ صَلاَتَهُ ‏"

Abu Huraira reported God’s Messenger as saying, “If anyone is in time for a rak‘a in the prayer along with the imam he has said the whole prayer.” (Bukhari and Muslim.)

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: He who finds a prostration before sunset or at dawn (prayer) before the rising (of the sun) he in fact finds that (prayer), and prostration implies a rak'ah.

مَنْ أَدْرَكَ مِنَ الْعَصْرِ سَجْدَةً قَبْلَ أَنْ تَغْرُبَ الشَّمْسُ أَوْ مِنَ الصُّبْحِ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَطْلُعَ فَقَدْ أَدْرَكَهَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏ وَالسَّجْدَةُ إِنَّمَا هِيَ الرَّكْعَةُ ‏.‏
