حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ بَحْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَجْلاَنَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ "
إِذَا كَانَ ثَلاَثَةٌ فِي سَفَرٍ فَلْيُؤَمِّرُوا أَحَدَهُمْ "

Narrated AbuHurayrah:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: When three are on a journey, they should appoint one of them as their commander. Nafi' said: We said to AbuSalamah: You are our commander.

( إِذَا كَانَ ثَلَاثَة ) : أَيْ مَثَلًا وَالْمَعْنَى أَنَّهُ إِذَا كَانَ جَمَاعَة وَأَقَلّهَا ثَلَاثَة ( فَلْيُؤَمِّرُوا أَحَدهمْ ) : أَيْ فَلْيَجْعَلُوا أَحَدهمْ أَمِيرًا عَلَيْهِمْ. قَالَ الْخَطَّابِيُّ : فِيهِ دَلِيل عَلَى أَنَّ الرَّجُلَيْنِ إِذَا حَكَّمَا رَجُلًا بَيْنهمَا فِي قَضِيَّة بَيْنهمَا فَقَضَى بِالْحَقِّ نَفَذَ حُكْمه اِنْتَهَى. وَالْحَدِيث سَكَتَ عَنْهُ الْمُنْذِرِيُّ.…
