حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، جَمِيعًا عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ يَحْيَى، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ بِنْتِ طَلْحَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، - رضى الله عنها - قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِذَا دَخَلَ عَلَىَّ قَالَ ‏"‏

هَلْ عِنْدَكُمْ طَعَامٌ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ فَإِذَا قُلْنَا لاَ قَالَ ‏"‏ إِنِّي صَائِمٌ ‏"

'Aishah said:

When the Prophet (ﷺ) entered upon me, he would ask: Do you have food ? When we said: No, he would say: I am fasting. Waki' added in his version: Another day when he entered upon us, we said: Messenger of Allah, some pudding (hair) has been presented to us and we have retained it for you. He said: Bring it to me. Talhah said: He fasted in the morning, but broke his fast (that day).

( هَلْ عِنْدكُمْ طَعَام فَإِذَا قُلْنَا لَا قَالَ إِنِّي صَائِم إِلَخْ ) : قَالَ الْخَطَّابِيُّ فِيهِ نَوْعَانِ مِنْ الْفِقْه أَحَدهمَا جَوَاز تَأْخِير نِيَّة الصَّوْم عَنْ أَوَّل النَّهَار إِذَا كَانَ تَطَوُّعًا وَالْآخَر جَوَاز إِفْطَار الصَّائِم قَبْل اللَّيْل إِذَا كَانَ مُتَطَوِّعًا بِهِ , وَلَمْ يَذْكُر فِي الْحَدِيث إِيجَاب الْقَضَاء. وَكَانَ غَيْر وَاحِد مِنْ الصَّحَابَة يَذْهَب إِلَى ذَلِكَ مِنْهُمْ اِبْن مَسْعُود وَحُذَيْفَة وَأَبُو الدَّرْدَاء وَأَبُو أَيُّوب الْأَنْصَارِيّ رَضِيَ اللَّه عَنْهُمْ , وَبِهِ قَالَ الشَّافِعِيّ وَأَحْمَد بْن حَنْبَل , وَكَانَ اِبْن عُمَر لَا يَصُوم تَطَوُّعًا حَتَّى يُجْمِع مِنْ اللَّيْل. وَقَالَ جَابِر بْن زَيْد لَا يُجْزِئهُ فِي التَّطَوُّع حَتَّى ي…
