حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ لَقَدْ عَابَتْ ذَلِكَ عَائِشَةُ - رضى الله عنها - أَشَدَّ الْعَيْبِ يَعْنِي حَدِيثَ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ وَقَالَتْ إِنَّ فَاطِمَةَ

كَانَتْ فِي مَكَانٍ وَحْشٍ فَخِيفَ عَلَى نَاحِيَتِهَا فَلِذَلِكَ رَخَّصَ لَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏

Urwah said:

Aisha (Allah be pleased with her) severely objected to the tradition of Fatimah daughter of Qays. She said: Fatimah lived in a desolate house and she feared for her loneliness there. Hence the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) accorded permission to her (to leave the place).

Al-Azimabadi — Awn al-Ma'bud

( لَقَدْ عَابَتْ ذَلِكَ ) : أَيْ قَوْل فَاطِمَة بِأَنَّهُ لَا نَفَقَة وَلَا سُكْنَى لِلْمُطَلَّقَةِ الْبَائِن ( فِي مَكَان وَحْشٍ ) : بِفَتْحِ الْوَاو وَسُكُون الْحَاء الْمُهْمَلَة بَعْدهَا شِين مُعْجَمَة أَيْ خَال لَيْسَ بِهِ أَنِيس ( فَلِذَلِكَ رَخَّصَ لَهَا ) : أَيْ فِي الِانْتِقَال. قَالَ الْمُنْذِرِيُّ : وَأَخْرَجَهُ اِبْن مَاجَهْ. وَأَخْرَجَهُ الْبُخَارِيّ تَعْلِيقًا. ( أَلَم تَرَيْ ) : بِحَذْفِ النُّون ( إِلَى قَوْل فَاطِمَة ) : أَيْ بِنْت قَيْس ( قَالَتْ ) : أَيْ عَائِشَة ( أَمَا ) : بِالتَّخْفِيفِ لِلتَّنْبِيهِ ( إِنَّهُ ) : أَيْ الشَّأْن ( لَا خَيْر لَهَا ) : أَيْ لِفَاطِمَة فِي ذِكْر ذَلِكَ : فَإِنَّهَا تَذْكُر عَلَى وَجْه يَقَع النَّاس فِي الْخَطَأ. قَالَهُ السِّنْدِيُّ. قَالَ ال…
