حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ، عَنْ وَكِيعٍ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ مُخَلَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏

مَلْعُونٌ مَنْ أَتَى امْرَأَتَهُ فِي دُبُرِهَا ‏"

Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said:

"Cursed is the one who has anal intercourse with his wife."

Reported by Abu Dawud (No. 2162), Ahmad (No. 9356) and Ad-Darimi (No. 1120).

Explanation

The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) warns that the husband who has anal intercourse with his wife is cursed and expelled from Allah's mercy and that this is from the major sins.

Lessons

  • It is prohibited to have anal intercourse with women.
  • It is permissible to enjoy the wife's body except for the anus.
  • A Muslim approaches his wife through vaginal intercourse as commanded by Allah, but as for anal intercourse, it corrupts the natural disposition, disrupts procreation, goes against sound human nature, and causes significant harm to both spouses.

Explanation in Arabic

يُحَذِّرُ النبيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِن أنْ يأتي الزوجُ زوجتَه في دُبُرِها؛ بأنه ملعون مَطرود من رحمة الله، وهو كبيرة من كبائر الذنوب.

  • تحريم إتيان النساء في أدبارهن.
  • الاستمتاع من الزوجة بما دون دبرها من جسدها جائز.
  • المسلم يأتي المرأة من فرجها كما أمره الله؛ وأما من الدُّبُر ففيه إفسادٌ للفطرة، وإضاعةٌ للنسل، ومخالفة لما عليه الطبائع السليمة، وأضرارٌ بالغة بالزوجين.

( مَلْعُون مَنْ أَتَى اِمْرَأَة فِي دُبُرهَا ) : وَفِي بَعْض النُّسَخ اِمْرَأَته. وَالْحَدِيث يَدُلّ عَلَى تَحْرِيم إِتْيَان النِّسَاء فِي أَدْبَارهنَّ , وَإِلَى هَذَا ذَهَبَتْ الْأُمَّة إِلَّا الْقَلِيل لِلْحَدِيثِ هَذَا , وَلِأَنَّ الْأَصْل تَحْرِيم الْمُبَاشَرَة إِلَّا لِمَا أَحَلَّهُ اللَّه وَلَمْ يُحِلّ تَعَالَى إِلَّا الْقُبُل كَمَا دَلَّ لَهُ قَوْله { فَأْتُوا حَرْثكُمْ أَنَّى شِئْتُمْ } وَقَوْله { فَأْتُوهُنَّ مِنْ حَيْثُ أَمَرَكُمْ اللَّه } فَأَبَاحَ مَوْضِع الْحَرْث , وَالْمَطْلُوب مِنْ الْحَرْث نَبَات الزَّرْع , فَكَذَلِكَ النِّسَاء الْغَرَض مِنْ إِتْيَانهنَّ هُوَ طَلَب النَّسْل لَا قَضَاء الشَّهْوَة وَهُوَ لَا يَكُون إِلَّا فِي الْقُبُل فَيَحْرُم مَا عَدَا مَوْضِع الْحَرْث وَلَا…
