حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، قَالَ مَا أَخْبَرَنَا أَحَدٌ، أَنَّهُ رَأَى النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم صَلَّى الضُّحَى غَيْرَ أُمِّ هَانِئٍ فَإِنَّهَا ذَكَرَتْ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَوْمَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ

اغْتَسَلَ فِي بَيْتِهَا وَصَلَّى ثَمَانِيَ رَكَعَاتٍ فَلَمْ يَرَهُ أَحَدٌ صَلاَّهُنَّ بَعْدُ ‏.‏

Narrated Ibn Abi Laila:

No one told us that the Prophet (ﷺ) had offered Duha prayer except Umm Hani. She said that the Prophet (ﷺ) had taken bath in her house on the day of the Conquest of Mecca and prayed eight rak'ahs. But no one saw him afterwards praying these rak'ahs.

Reported by Abu Dawud (No. 1291).

( يَوْم فَتْح مَكَّة اِغْتَسَلَ فِي بَيْتهَا ) : قَالَ الْحَافِظ اِبْن حَجَر : ظَاهِره أَنَّ الِاغْتِسَال وَقَعَ فِي بَيْتهَا وَوَقَعَ فِي الْمُوَطَّأ وَمُسْلِم مِنْ طَرِيق أَبِي مُرَّة عَنْ أُمّ هَانِئ أَنَّهَا ذَهَبَتْ إِلَى النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّه عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ بِأَعْلَى مَكَّة فَوَجَدَتْهُ يَغْسِل , وَجَمَعَ بَيْنهمَا بِأَنَّ ذَلِكَ تَكَرَّرَ مِنْهُ. وَيُؤَيِّدهُ مَا رَوَاهُ اِبْن خُزَيْمَةَ مِنْ طَرِيق مُجَاهِد عَنْ أُمّ هَانِئ , وَفِيهِ أَنَّ أَبَا ذَرّ سَتَرَهُ لَمَّا اِغْتَسَلَ وَأَنَّ فِي رِوَايَة أَبِي مُرَّة عَنْهَا أَنَّ فَاطِمَة بِنْته هِيَ الَّتِي سَتَرَتْهُ , وَيَحْتَمِلُ أَنْ يَكُون نَزَلَ فِي بَيْتهَا بِأَعْلَى مَكَّة وَكَانَتْ هِيَ فِي بَيْت آخَر بِمَكَّة فَجَاء…

When it was the year of the Conquest (of Makkah), the Messenger of Allah got up to perform a bath and Fatimah screened him. Then he took his garment and wrapped himself in it (such that it became like the towel used to dry oneself).

قَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ إِلَى غُسْلِهِ فَسَتَرَتْ عَلَيْهِ فَاطِمَةُ ثُمَّ أَخَذَ ثَوْبَهُ فَالْتَحَفَ بِهِ ‏.‏
