Eid ul Fitr is a special day for all the Muslims because it ends the holy Ramadan. Eid ul Fitr is celebrated the 1st day of the following month Shawwal. This celebration was called by the Muslims the small celebration in comparison with the big celebration with the sheep. Eid ul Fitr is also an occasion for all the members of the families to meet each others and prepare some traditional dishes.
In Eid ul Fetr, there is a prayer called Eid prayer which is important because it’s Sunna Muakada. This prayer is performed by Muslims in Mosques and Musallat, before to make it, the imam gives the preach of Eid.
By the end of Ramadan, every Muslim has to give alms to poor people, it’s called Zakat Al-Fitr, the amount given is different from a year to another and depends also of the country where do you live. This Zakat has to be done before Salat El Eid (The Eid Prayer).
This year, the end of Ramadan 2018/1439 will be on the 15 June 2018 incha’Allah (More or less one day, depending of the country where do you live). Our web site will post the date of Eid ul Fitr 2018/1439 as soon as the responsible authorities of your country will announce it.
