Observing and reflecting: these verses call for both, inviting people to travel through the earth and consider the end of the disbelievers and the corrupters. They turn the gaze to the realm of the heavens and the earth, to the rain that revives the land, to the blessings of night and day and to ships sailing on the sea, and they also invite reflection on the Quran.

قُلْ سِيرُوا۟ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ فَٱنظُرُوا۟ كَيْفَ بَدَأَ ٱلْخَلْقَ ثُمَّ ٱللَّهُ يُنشِئُ ٱلنَّشْأَةَ ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةَ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِيرٌ ٢٠
Say, [O Muḥammad], "Travel through the land and observe how He began creation. Then Allāh will produce the final creation [i.e., development]. Indeed Allāh, over all things, is competent."
