Tafsir of verse 6
Al-Mukhtasar
Everything in the heavens and on earth, and all that is beneath the soil, belong to Him alone, may He be glorified. He created, owns and controls all of it.
Allāh - there is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Self-Sustaining. Neither drowsiness overtakes Him nor sleep. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And sufficient is Allāh as Disposer of affairs.
