سورة محمد، الآية ١٧
وَٱلَّذِينَ ٱهْتَدَوْا۟ زَادَهُمْ هُدًى وَءَاتَىٰهُمْ تَقْوَىٰهُمْ ١٧
wa-alladhīna ih'tadaw zādahum hudan waātāhum taqwāhum
And those who are guided - He increases them in guidance and gives them their righteousness.1500
[1500] Taqwā, meaning piety, consciousness and fear of Allāh, and care to avoid His displeasure.

Those who are guided to the path of truth and to follow what the Messenger (peace be upon him) brought, their Lord increases them in guidance and direction to the truth, and He inspires them to do that which will protect them from the fire.
As for those who follow guidance, He increases them in guidance and blesses them with righteousness12.
[12] Taqwā: It means piety, fear and consciousness of Allah, and care to avoid displeasing Him.
While as for those who accept guidance, He increases their guidance and bestows on them their piety.
While as for those who walk aright, He addeth to their guidance, and giveth them their protection (against evil).
But to those who receive Guidance, He increases the (light of) Guidance, and bestows on them their Piety and Restraint (from evil).
And (as for) those who follow the right direction, He increases them in guidance and gives them their guarding (against evil).
And (the ones) who have been guided (aright), (He) increases them in guidance and brings them their piety.
