Text of verse 27:9

يَٰمُوسَىٰٓ إِنَّهُۥٓ أَنَا ٱللَّهُ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ ۝٩

Transliteration

yāmūsā innahu anā l-lahu l-ʿazīzu l-ḥakīmu

Translation

O Moses, indeed it is I - Allāh, the Exalted in Might, the Wise."

Al-Mukhtasar

Allah said to him: “O Moses, it is I, Allah, the Mighty whom nobody can overpower, Wise in My creating, managing and legislating.

O Moses, verily this is Me – Allah, the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.

"O Mûsâ (Moses)! Verily it is I, Allâh, the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.

O Moses! Lo! it is I, Allah, the Mighty, the Wise.

"O Moses! verily, I am Allah, the exalted in might, the wise!....

O Musa! surely I am Allah, the Mighty, the Wise;

O Musa, surely I, Ever I, am Allah, The Ever-Mighty, The Ever-Wise.
