Tafsir of verse 45
Al-Mukhtasar
I then sent Moses and his brother Aaron with nine of My signs: the Staff, the Hand, locusts, lice, frogs, blood, floods, drought and shortage of produce, and with clear proof.
Then We sent Moses and his brother Aaron with Our signs16 and compelling proof17
Notes
[16] Allah sent them both with nine clear signs or miracles: the staff turning into a snake, the bright hand, famine, shortage of crops, floods, locusts, lice, frogs, and blood.
[17] i.e., compelling proof that they were Allah’s messengers.
Then We sent Mûsa (Moses) and his brother Hârûn (Aaron), with Our Ayât (proofs, evidence, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) and manifest authority,
Then We sent Moses and his brother Aaron with Our tokens and a clear warrant
Then We sent Moses and his brother Aaron, with Our Signs and authority manifest,
Then We sent Musa and his brother Haroun, with Our communications and a clear authority,
Thereafter We sent Musa (Moses) and his brother Harun (Aaro) with Our signs and an evident, all-binding authority.
And We gave Moses the Scripture, after We had destroyed the former generations, as enlightenment for the people and guidance and mercy that they might be reminded.
