At 12.9° latitude, the Sun sinks more than 18° below the horizon every night of the year: Fajr and Isha at 18° exist all year round in Zalingei.
When the angle is not reached, the “Egyptian General Authority of Survey” method uses the middle of the night: in 2026, the displayed Fajr comes from this rule on no day.
With no published national convention in Sudan, times follow the “Egyptian General Authority of Survey” method (Fajr at 19.5°, Isha at 17.5°), published in a neighbouring country.
