When the angle is not reached, the “University of Islamic Sciences, Karachi” method uses the middle of the night: in 2026, the displayed Fajr comes from this rule on no day.
With no published national convention in Sri Lanka, times follow the “University of Islamic Sciences, Karachi” method (Fajr at 18°, Isha at 18°), published in a neighbouring country.
