Biography of Moussa Hassan Mayan

In a statement, King Fahd bin Abdulaziz Al Saud affirmed that, since its foundation, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has focused its concerns and policies on carrying the banner of calling people to Allah. To achieve this, it needs citizens who devote their lives to implementing these policies and spreading the word of Allah the Almighty, and perhaps one of the most prominent among them is the preacher Moussa Hassan Mayan.

Sheikh Moussa Hassan Mayan was born in Saudi Arabia. He grew up with a love for the Quran and a desire to study its sciences in depth. He graduated from the Faculty of Sharia at the Islamic University of Madinah, and his education was notably marked by his studies under two great scholars: the eminent scholar Muhammad ibn Salih al-Uthaymin and Sheikh Abdulaziz ibn Baz.

Sheikh Moussa has held several positions: he was appointed imam and khatib (preacher) of Al-Abbas Mosque, and he was also appointed a member of the Call and Guidance Center in Madinah, through which he seeks to spread Islamic awareness and guide people.
