مَن أفتى مسألةً بغَيرِ عِلمٍ أو فَسَّر رؤيا بغيرِ عِلمٍ كمَن وَقَع من السَّماءِ وصادَفَ بِئرًا لا قَعرَ له، ولو أنَّه أصاب الحَقَّ!
