حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ خَشْرَمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم

يَرْمِي يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ ضُحًى وَأَمَّا بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَبَعْدَ زَوَالِ الشَّمْسِ ‏

Jabir narrated:

"The Prophet would stone on the Day of An-Nahr during the morning light, as for (the days) afterwards, then (he would do it) after the Zenith of the sun."

Reported by At-Tirmidhi (No. 894), Abu Dawud (No. 1971) and Ahmad (No. 13913).

قَوْلُهُ : ( يَرْمِي يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ ضُحًى ) قَالَ الْعِرَاقِيُّ : الرِّوَايَةُ فِيهِ بِالتَّنْوِينِ عَلَى أَنَّهُ مَصْرُوفٌ اِنْتَهَى أَيْ وَقْتَ الضَّحْوَةِ مِنْ بَعْدِ طُلُوعِ الشَّمْسِ إِلَى مَا قَبْلَ الزَّوَالِ ( وَأَمَّا بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ ) أَيْ بَعْدَ يَوْمِ النَّحْرِ وَهُوَ أَيَّامُ التَّشْرِيقِ ( بَعْدَ زَوَالِ الشَّمْسِ ) أَيْ فَيَرْمِي بَعْدَ الزَّوَالِ , وَفِيهِ دَلِيلٌ عَلَى أَنَّ السُّنَّةَ أَنْ يَرْمِيَ الْجِمَارَ فِي غَيْرِ يَوْمِ الْأَضْحَى بَعْدَ الزَّوَالِ وَبِهِ قَالَ الْجُمْهُورُ , وَخَالَفَ فِيهِ عَطَاءٌ وَطَاوُسٌ فَقَالَا يَجُوزُ قَبْلَ الزَّوَالِ مُطْلَقًا. وَرَخَّصَ الْحَنَفِيَّةُ فِي الرَّمْيِ فِي يَوْمِ النَّفْرِ قَبْلَ الزَّوَالِ. وَقَالَ إِسْحَاقُ : إِنْ رَمَى قَبْ…
