حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ الضَّبِّيُّ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ غَيْلاَنَ بْنِ جَرِيرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَعْبَدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ، قَالَ قِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ كَيْفَ بِمَنْ صَامَ الدَّهْرَ قَالَ ‏

"‏ لاَ صَامَ وَلاَ أَفْطَرَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ أَوْ ‏"‏ لَمْ يَصُمْ وَلَمْ يُفْطِرْ ‏"

Abu Qatadah said:

"It was said: 'O Messenger of Allah! What is the case of the one who fasts daily?' He said: 'He did not fast nor break (the fast).'" Or, he said: "He never fasted nor broke (his fast)."

Al-Mubarakfuri — Tuhfat al-Ahwadhi

قَوْلُهُ : ( قَالَ لَا صَامَ وَلَا أَفْطَرَ أَوْ لَمْ يَصُمْ وَلَمْ يُفْطِرْ ) هُوَ شَكٌّ مِنْ أَحَدِ رُوَاتِهِ. قَالَ فِي اللُّمَعَاتِ : اِخْتَلَفُوا فِي تَوْجِيهِ مَعْنَاهُ , فَقِيلَ هَذَا دُعَاءٌ عَلَيْهِ كَرَاهَةً لِصَنِيعِهِ وَزَجْرًا لَهُ عَنْ فِعْلِهِ , وَالظَّاهِرُ أَنَّهُ إِخْبَارٌ , فَعَدَمُ إِفْطَارِهِ ظَاهِرٌ , وَأَمَّا عَدَمُ صَوْمِهِ فَلِمُخَالَفَتِهِ السُّنَّةَ , وَقِيلَ ; لِأَنَّهُ يَسْتَلْزِمُ صَوْمَ الْأَيَّامِ الْمَنْهِيَّةِ وَهُوَ حَرَامٌ. وَقِيلَ ; لِأَنَّهُ يَتَضَرَّرُ وَرُبَّمَا يُفْضِي إِلَى إِلْقَاءِ النَّفْسِ إِلَى التَّهْلُكَةِ وَإِلَى الْعَجْزِ عَنْ الْجِهَادِ وَالْحُقُوقِ الْأُخَرِ اِنْتَهَى. قَوْلُهُ : ( وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ) أَخْرَجَ…
