حَدَّثَنَا بُنْدَارٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ السَّائِبِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏

"‏ لاَ يَأْخُذْ أَحَدُكُمْ عَصَا أَخِيهِ لاَعِبًا أَوْ جَادًّا فَمَنْ أَخَذَ عَصَا أَخِيهِ فَلْيَرُدَّهَا إِلَيْهِ ‏"

'Abdullah bin As-Sa'ib bin Yazid narrated from his father, from his grandfather who said:

"The Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) said: 'Let one of you not take his brother's staff, neither in play nor seriousness. Whoever took his brother's staff, then let him return it to him."'

قَوْلُهُ : ( أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ السَّائِبِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ ) قَالَ فِي تَهْذِيبِ التَّهْذِيبِ : عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ السَّائِبِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ الْكِنْدِيُّ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ الْمَدَنِيُّ بْنُ أُخْتِ نِمْرٍ , رَوَى عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ حَدِيثَ : لَا يَأْخُذُ أَحَدُكُمْ عَصَا أَخِيهِ. قَالَ التِّرْمِذِيُّ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ رَوَى عَنْهُ اِبْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ , قَالَ أَحْمَدُ لَا أَعْرِفُ لَهُ غَيْرَ حَدِيثِ اِبْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ وَأَمَّا السَّائِبُ فَقَدْ رَأَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ. وَقَالَ النَّسَائِيُّ : عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ السَّائِبِ ثِقَةٌ وَذَكَرَهُ اِبْنُ حِبَّانَ فِي الثِّقَاتِ. وَقَالَ اِبْنُ سَعْدٍ. كَانَ ثِقَةً قَلِيلَ الْحَدِيثِ اِنْتَهَى.
