حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلاَبَةَ، عَنْ زَهْدَمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى، قَالَ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم

يَأْكُلُ لَحْمَ دَجَاجٍ ‏.‏

Narrated Zahdam:

From Abu Musa who said: "I saw the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) eating chicken meat."

He said: The Hadith has more statements that this. And this Hadith is Hasan Sahih. Ayyub As-Sakhtiyani also reported this Hadith from Al-Qasim At-Tamimi, and, from Abu Qilabah, from Zahdam Al-Jarmi.

Al-Mubarakfuri — Tuhfat al-Ahwadhi

قَوْلُهُ : ( عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ) هُوَ الثَّوْرِيُّ ( عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ) هُوَ السَّخْتِيَانِيُّ. قَوْلُهُ : ( رَأَيْت رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَأْكُلُ لَحْمَ دَجَاجٍ ) فِيهِ جَوَازُ أَكْلِ الدَّجَاجِ إِنْسِيَّةً وَوَحْشِيَّةً وَهُوَ بِالِاتِّفَاقِ إِلَّا عَنْ بَعْضِ الْمُتَعَمِّقِينَ عَلَى سَبِيلِ الْوَرَعِ , إِلَّا أَنَّ بَعْضَهُمْ اِسْتَثْنَى الْجَلَّالَةَ وَهِيَ مَا تَأْكُلُ الْأَقْذَارَ , وَظَاهِرُ صَنِيعِ أَبِي مُوسَى أَنَّهُ لَمْ يُبَالِ بِذَلِكَ. وَقَدْ أَخْرَجَ اِبْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ بِسَنَدٍ صَحِيحٍ عَنْ اِبْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَحْبِسُ الدَّجَاجَةَ الْجَلَّالَةَ ثَلَاثًا. وَقَالَ مَالِكٌ وَاللَّيْثُ : لَا بَأْسَ بِأَكْلِ الْجَلَّالَةِ مِنْ الدَّجَاجِ وَغَيْرِه…
