حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ الأَفْرِيقِيِّ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ، قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ

أَكْلِ الْمُجَثَّمَةِ وَهِيَ الَّتِي تُصْبَرُ بِالنَّبْلِ ‏.‏

Narrated Abu Ad-Darda':

"The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) prohibited eating the Mujath-thamah, and it is what is trapped and killed by arrows."

Al-Mubarakfuri — Tuhfat al-Ahwadhi

قَوْلُهُ : ( عَنْ أَكْلِ الْمُجَثَّمَةِ ) بِتَشْدِيدِ الْمُثَلَّثَةِ الْمَفْتُوحَةِ وَضَبَطَهُ الشُّمُنِّيُّ بِكَسْرِهَا , قَالَ فِي النِّهَايَةِ : هِيَ كُلُّ حَيَوَانٍ يُنْصَبُ وَيُرْمَى لِيَقْتُلَ , إِلَّا أَنَّهُ يَكْثُرُ فِي الطَّيْرِ وَالْأَرْنَبِ وَأَشْبَاهِ ذَلِكَ مِمَّا يَجْثُمُ بِالْأَرْضِ أَيْ يَلْزَمُهَا وَيَلْتَصِقُ بِهَا ( وَهِيَ الَّتِي تُصْبَرُ ) أَيْ تُحْبَسُ وَيُرْمَى إِلَيْهَا ( بِالنَّبْلِ ) بِفَتْحِ النُّونِ وَسُكُونِ الْمُوَحَّدَةِ أَيْ بِالسَّهْمِ حَتَّى تَمُوتَ , وَهَذَا تَفْسِيرٌ مِنْ أَحَدِ الرُّوَاةِ , وَالنَّهْيُ لِأَنَّ هَذَا الْقَتْلَ لَيْسَ بِذَبْحٍ. قَوْلُهُ : ( وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ عِرْبَاضِ بْنِ سَارِيَةَ وَأَنَسٍ وَابْنِ عُمَرَ وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَجَابِرٍ وَأَ…
