When you put on clothes and when you perform ablution, you should begin with your right side

Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When you put on clothes and when you perform ablution, you should begin with your right side."

إِذَا لَبِسْتُمْ وَإِذَا تَوَضَّأْتُمْ فَابْدَءُوا بِأَيَامِنِكُمْ ‏"

Narrated by Abu Hurayrah Explained

Abu Huraira said that when God’s messenger put on a shirt he began with the right side. Tirmidhi transmitted it.

وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا لَبِسَ قَمِيصًا بَدَأَ بميامنه. رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ

Narrated by Abu Hurayrah + 1 other version

"The Messenger of Allah said: 'When you perform ablution, start on the right.'" (Da'if) Another chain with similar wording.
