أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا الْمَخْزُومِيُّ، - وَهُوَ الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ - قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ قَالَ ‏

"‏ الْمُنْتَزِعَاتُ وَالْمُخْتَلِعَاتُ هُنَّ الْمُنَافِقَاتُ ‏"

It was narrated from Ayyub, from Al-Hasan, from Abu Hurairah, that the Prophet said:

"Women who seek divorce and Khul' are like the female hypocrites." Al-Hasan said: "I did not hear it from anyone other than Abu Hurairah."

Reported by An-Nasa’i (No. 3461).

Al-Sindi — Hashiyat al-Sindi on Sunan al-Nasa'i

قَوْله ( الْمُنْتَزَعَات وَالْمُخْتَلَعَات ) فِي النِّهَايَة يَعْنِي اللَّاتِي يَطْلُبْنَ الْخُلْعَ وَالطَّلَاقَ مِنْ أَزْوَاجِهِنَّ بِغَيْرِ عُذْرٍ وَكَوْنهَا الْمُنَافِقَاتُ أَيْ أَنَّهَا كَالْمُنَافِقَاتِ فِي أَنَّهَا لَا تَسْتَحِقُّ دُخُولَ الْجَنَّة مَعَ مَنْ يَدْخُلُهَا أَوَّلًا وَاَللَّه تَعَالَى أَعْلَمُ.…

Abu Huraira reported the Prophet as saying, “Women who withdraw themselves from their husbands and women who persuade their husbands to divorce them for a compensation are hypocrites.”* *This type of separation should be by mutual consent. Nasa’i transmitted it.

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «الْمُنْتَزِعَاتُ وَالْمُخْتَلِعَاتُ هُنَّ الْمُنَافِقَاتُ» . رَوَاهُ النَّسَائِيّ
