أَخْبَرَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏

"‏ مَا مِنْ مُسْلِمٍ يُتَوَفَّى لَهُ ثَلاَثَةٌ مِنَ الْوَلَدِ لَمْ يَبْلُغُوا الْحِنْثَ إِلاَّ أَدْخَلَهُ اللَّهُ الْجَنَّةَ بِفَضْلِ رَحْمَتِهِ إِيَّاهُمْ ‏"

It was narrated that Anas said:

"The Messenger of Allah said: 'There is no Muslim, three of whose children die before reaching puberty, but Allah will admit him to Paradise by virtue of His mercy towards them."'

Reported by An-Nasa’i (No. 1873), Al-Bukhari (No. 1248, 1381) and Ahmad (No. 12077).

قَوْله ( يُتَوَفَّى لَهُ ) عَلَى بِنَاء الْمَفْعُول ( الْحِنْث ) بِكَسْرِ حَاء مُهْمَلَة وَسُكُون نُون أَيْ الذَّنْب وَالْمُرَاد أَنَّهُمْ لَمْ يَحْتَلِمُوا وَظَاهِرُ الْحَدِيثِ أَنَّ هَذَا الْفَضْلَ مَخْصُوصٌ بِمَنْ مَاتَ أَوْلَادُهُ صِغَارًا وَقِيلَ إِذَا ثَبَتَ هَذَا الْفَضْلُ فِي الطِّفْلِ الَّذِي هُوَ كَلٌّ عَلَى أَبَوَيْهِ فَكَيْفَ لَا يَثْبُت فِي الْكَبِير الَّذِي بَلَغَ مَعَهُ السَّعْيَ وَوَصَلَ لَهُ مِنْهُ الْمَنْفَعَة وَتَوَجَّهَ إِلَيْهِ الْخِطَابُ بِالْحُقُوقِ قُلْت يَأْبَى عَنْهُ. قَوْله ( بِفَضْلِ رَحْمَتِهِ إِيَّاهُمْ ) أَيْ بِفَضْلِ رَحْمَة اللَّه لِلْأَوْلَادِ إِذْ لَا يَلْزَم فِي الْكَبِير أَنْ يَكُون مَرْحُومًا فَضْلًا أَنْ يُرْحَمَ أَبُوهُ بِفَضْلِ رَحْمَتِهِ نَعَمْ قَدْ…

Any Muslim who loses (to death) three children before reaching puberty will be admitted by Allah into Paradise because of his being merciful to them

Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Any Muslim who loses (to death) three children before reaching puberty will be admitted by Allah into Paradise because of his being merciful to them."

مَا مِنَ النَّاسِ مُسْلِمٌ يَمُوتُ لَهُ ثَلاَثَةٌ مِنَ الْوَلَدِ لَمْ يَبْلُغُوا الْحِنْثَ إِلاَّ أَدْخَلَهُ اللَّهُ الْجَنَّةَ بِفَضْلِ رَحْمَتِهِ إِيَّاهُمْ ‏"
