I used to wash the semen off the clothes of the Prophet (ﷺ) and even then I used to notice one or more spots on them.

تَغْسِلُ الْمَنِيَّ مِنْ ثَوْبِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم، ثُمَّ أَرَاهُ فِيهِ بُقْعَةً أَوْ بُقَعًا‏.‏

I heard 'Aishah say that she would wash semen from the clothe of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). She added: Then I would see a mark or marks (after washing).

تَغْسِلُ الْمَنِيَّ مِنْ ثَوْبِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏.‏ قَالَتْ ثُمَّ أَرَى فِيهِ بُقْعَةً أَوْ بُقَعًا ‏.‏
