حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ قَالَ أَنْشَدَ حَسَّانُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ وَهُوَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَمَرَّ عُمَرُ بِهِ فَلَحَظَهُ فَقَالَ حَسَّانُ وَاللَّهِ لَقَدْ أَنْشَدْتُ فِيهِ مَنْ هُوَ خَيْرٌ مِنْكَ فَخَشِيَ أَنْ يَرْمِيَهُ بِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَجَازَ وَتَرَكَهُ
