حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ يَعْنِي ابْنَ السَّائِبِ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ بَكْرِ بْنِ وَائِلٍ عَنْ خَالِهِ قَالَ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أُعْشِرُ قَوْمِي فَقَالَ إِنَّمَا الْعُشُورُ عَلَى الْيَهُودِ وَالنَّصَارَى وَلَيْسَ عَلَى الْإِسْلَامِ عُشُورٌ
