حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الْمُزَنِيَّ حَدَّثَنَا عَطَاءُ بْنُ أَبِي مَيْمُونَةَ قَالَ وَلَا أَعْلَمُهُ إِلَّا عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ مَا رُفِعَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمْرٌ فِيهِ الْقِصَاصُ إِلَّا أَمَرَ فِيهِ بِالْعَفْوِ
