وَحَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْحَنْظَلِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمَّارُ بْنُ، رُزَيْقٍ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ، قَالَتْ طَلَّقَنِي زَوْجِي ثَلاَثًا فَأَرَدْتُ النُّقْلَةَ فَأَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ ‏"‏

انْتَقِلِي إِلَى بَيْتِ ابْنِ عَمِّكِ عَمْرِو بْنِ أُمِّ مَكْتُومٍ فَاعْتَدِّي عِنْدَهُ ‏"

Fatima bint Qais (Allah be pleased with her) reported:

My husband divorced me with three pronouncements. I decided to move (from his house to another place). So I came to Allah's Messenger (ﷺ), and he said: Move to the house of your cousin 'Amr b. Umm Maktum and spend your period of 'Idda there.

قَوْله : ( فَقَالَ : اِنْتَقِلِي إِلَى بَيْت اِبْن عَمّك عَمْرو بْن أُمّ مَكْتُوم ) هَكَذَا وَقَعَ هُنَا وَكَذَا جَاءَ فِي صَحِيح مُسْلِم فِي آخِر الْكِتَاب , وَزَادَ فَقَالَ : هُوَ رَجُل مِنْ بَنِي فِهْر مِنْ الْبَطْن الَّذِي هِيَ مِنْهُ. قَالَ الْقَاضِي وَالْمَشْهُور خِلَاف هَذَا , وَلَيْسَ هُمَا مِنْ بَطْن وَاحِد هِيَ مِنْ بَنِي مُحَارِب بْن فِهْر وَهُوَ مِنْ بَنِي عَامِر بْن لُؤَيّ قُلْت : وَهُوَ اِبْن عَمّهَا مَجَازًا يَجْتَمِعَانِ فِي فِهْر. وَاخْتَلَفَتْ الرِّوَايَة فِي اِسْم اِبْن أُمّ مَكْتُوم فَقِيلَ : عَمْرو وَقِيلَ : عَبْد اللَّه وَقِيلَ : غَيْر ذَلِكَ.…

The tradition mentioned above has also been transmitted by Al Sha’bi through a different chain of narrators. This version has “The husband of Fathima daughter of Qais pronounced her triple divorce. The Prophet (ﷺ) did not allow her to have maintenance and dwelling.”
